Raise Money for Cancer Research

Many years ago two of my childhood friends passed away from cancer. Some of my dear relatives were also victims of this dreaded disease. "Raise money for cancer research" was added to my bucket list. When I retired I chose the Pap Corps as the organization I wanted to join because most of the money raised goes for finding a cure for cancer rather than paying huge salaries and selling products with a pink ribbon on them.

There were no Pap Corps groups in the North Broward area so I called on a few of my friends to help start the Greater Broward Chapter of the Pap Corps. It took time but slowly we started to grow. Enthusiastic, dedicated ladies who also wanted to raise money for cancer research joined us and helped our chapter become the success it is today.

I am sure the coming year will bring more exciting events for our chapter and more money for cancer research.
